This beautiful grade II listed building has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a stunning ballroom, 5 meeting rooms, a destination spa, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

The Rotunda Lounge is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath a beautiful domed ceiling. Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the Bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics and rare vintage spirits as well as delicious bar snacks to share.
The Bartender Role:
The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. We are looking for a Bartender candidate who is dedicated to creating personalised experiences and lasting memories for our guests.
The Ideal Bartender Will Have:
- Minimum of 1 year Bartending experience
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Excellent communication and guest contact skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Passion for service
