Our client based in Southampton is a leading manufacturer of power & electrical equipment looking to recruit a Production Assistant. A fulfilling and rewarding career within our client’s production team is on offer to the correct candidate.
Hours: 7.30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday with no evening, weekend or bank holiday working.
Initial duties will include:
- Operation of laser label and other machines/power tools
- Maintain a clean working and safe environment
- Ability to perform material handling tasks effectively while adhering to safety standards
- Assist with stock control and process as per internal procedures
- Assisting with general duties within the branch as required
- Previous experience in manufacturing desirable
- Assisting with collections/deliveries as required
