Ladurée UK is seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our esteemed culinary team. As a Commis Chef, you will support our kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes with consistency, flavour, and presentation that reflect Ladurée's timeless standards. You will be expected to follow precise recipes and instructions, work efficiently under pressure, and contribute to the smooth and timely delivery of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes to the Ladurée standard.
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and cutting meats.
  • Adhere to all nutrition, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Ensure timely and organised delivery of meals during service periods.
  • Follow instructions and recipes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Efficiently multitask and move fluidly between different kitchen stations.
