You'll be given the autonomy to run high-value residential projects from concept to completion, lead your own internal team, and work directly with UHNW clients, consultants, and contractors. Duties:
- Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects in the UK and abroad
- Manage internal design teams, allocating tasks, overseeing performance, and mentoring junior talent
- Present concepts and design schemes directly to clients with confidence, clarity, and authority
- Oversee all project stages from concept development to technical drawings, FF&E specifications, and site delivery
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure every detail is beautifully executed
- Conduct regular site visits, lead snagging sessions, and provide creative problem-solving on the ground
- Lead FF&E selections, sourcing and commissioning bespoke pieces in line with the design narrative
- Collaborate closely with Directors and contribute to new business development through client relationships
- Uphold and represent the studio's brand in all client interactions and design output
Requirements:
- 8+ years professional experience in high-end Residential interior design
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or similar field
- A natural team leader with experience managing multiple designers and complex project pipelines
- Confident client communicator with polished presentation skills
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
- In-depth knowledge of bespoke joinery, luxury finishes, and FF&E specification
- Excellent organisational and time management skills - calm under pressure, with immaculate attention to detail
