Swinton Estate is located in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. It features Swinton Park, a luxury castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, two holiday cottages, and award-winning Samuel's Restaurant; a country club and spa with the Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac, a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts, and a café; and the Swinton cookery school.

We are hiring a Full Time Spa Receptionist for our luxury Spa at Swinton Park. This role offers a great opportunity to join our team. If you have the necessary skills and motivation, we invite you to apply.
The Role:
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Be the first point of contact for guests
- Answer phones and reply to emails regarding bookings
- Check guests in and provide tours if needed
- Prepare for spa days (towels, robes, etc.)
- Work with spa hosts to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in the estate shop occasionally

- A strong team player
- Experience in a similar receptionist role
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts
- Experience with Premier and Reslynx booking systems
- Excellent customer service skills
