Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7 AM to 7 PM)

Main Responsibilities:

- Delivering a friendly and prompt response to incoming telephone and email inquiries.

- Accurately recording booking details in the room reservation system.
- Understanding room capacities, facilities, and setup options to optimise meeting space.
