In This Role You Will Be Expected To:
- Present a professional and efficient catering delivery to customers
- Utilise your training and product knowledge to effectively sell and upsell to customers, supporting our financial targets
- Resolve customer challenges or escalate them appropriately
- Food and beverage service skills are preferred, with experience in a catering environment beneficial
