We're now looking for an Education Candidate Manager to join our growing team in Watford. You'll play a crucial role in sourcing top teaching talent, ensuring compliance, and supporting schools with high-quality staffing solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Source and build relationships with teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from CV screening to onboarding
- Match candidates with roles that align with their skills and goals
- Support consultants in meeting regional and long-term staffing needs
Compliance & Safeguarding
- Ensure all recruitment aligns with REC regulations and Apex Educ8 policies
- Manage candidate documentation and pre-employment checks
- Identify compliance risks and proactively resolve them
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the vetting process
Administrative Support
- Keep candidate records accurate and up to date
- Coordinate interviews, placements, and onboarding
- Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet school demand
