Are you a Site Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering a multitude of structural investigations across multiple sites? Do you want to take the lead and contribute to new and existing projects from start to completion within the structural investigation industry as you progress your career with the potential opportunity to move up into Operations management?
This young and well-established company are continuing to grow and have been providing structural investigative services to a multitude of commercial clients over the past almost decade. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their friendly team and make a real impact on business growth.
In this role you will be the point of contact on site and in the office between clients, engineers and the labs coordinating everything to make sure the projects run smoothly and on time. You'll be on-site with clients coordinating, engineers and contractors and all other parties involved. To ensure all investigations are thorough, adhere to health and safety policies and are completed to the highest standards.
This role would suit a Site Manager or Project Manager with experience in construction looking for a role within a rapidly growing company, offering great progression opportunities right through to directorship.
The Role:- Liaising with clients, contractors and engineers and other 3rd parties
- Organising and managing inspection and investigation teams
