We at Smile Dental Care are seeking a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our expanding team on either a full-time or part-time basis. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided on the job to enable you to become a qualified Dental Nurse registered with the GDC (General Dental Council). We aim for you to be fully qualified within 12 to 24 months while working with us.
Smile Dental Care is a privately owned, family-run company established by an Associate Dentist in 1993. Our passion is to provide a positive working culture throughout the organization. We currently operate 35 practices across the UK, from Scotland to Devon & Cornwall, and plan to open 3 to 5 new practices each year. Our goal is not to become the largest, but to support and develop our practices and teams.
Your duties as a Trainee Dental Nurse include:
- Providing clinical chair-side support to dentists
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met
- Providing excellent patient care
- Updating patient records
- Setting up decontamination of instruments
- Reception duties
