A major residential main contractor are seeking a Project Lead (Project Director/Senior Project Manager) to deliver a 400+ unit scheme in Kent. This is a timber frame housing development with 278 works taking place next month and the main construction kicking off in late Q2/early Q3.

This contractor are a well-established residential builder that pride themselves on delivering exceptional products, on-time and on-budget. They have a healthy pipeline of work for the next 5-10 years with over 10 major schemes in and around London and the Home Counties currently.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience delivering timber frame development from initial inception to handover as Project Lead.
  • Live within 1 hour travelling distance of the project
  • Work history at Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractors (must have contracting experience not purely working at developers)
  • PCSA / Pre-con experience
  • Strong personality and leadership qualities
  • Up to date and knowledgeable regarding the Golden Thread and Gateway submission
  • Up to date CSCS
