12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We have taken on a fantastic team assistant contract with a European private equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair! With a team of around 20 in London, and a wider presence across Europe, the firm is looking for a bright and friendly candidate to join them on a maternity cover contract. Internally, they boast a close-knit and relaxed culture, while still in exciting stages of growth. The successful candidate will join another EA in supporting the office.
THE ROLE:
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a junior candidate to take a step up, and expand their administrative skills. Day to day will include:
- Management of office supplies
- Diary management
- International travel booking
- Processing expenses
- Document preparation and collaboration
- Ad hoc team support
- Ad hoc front of house management
The successful team assistant will have a team player attitude, and a willingness to learn. Being adaptable and proactive will be essential, as is being an outgoing communicator. The team are all friendly, and take a muck-in approach.
