An exceptional opportunity has become available for a PA / Studio Coordinator to join an award-winning, independent international design studio. With a dynamic and diverse portfolio across multiple sectors and scales, they are known for delivering imaginative, sustainable lighting design that transforms spaces and experiences. Based in a beautifully refurbished studio near Shoreditch, they offer a vibrant and collaborative work environment.

This opportunity would be ideal for a Studio Coordinator, Team Assistant, or PA with proven experience in creative or architectural studios and is confident using Microsoft Office and other general admin software.

Package:
  • Salary: Β£26,000 - Β£28,000 per annum
  • 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 after 2 years’ service)

Duties:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing the studio's general appearance
  • Organising travel and accommodation for designers and Partners
  • Supporting diary, inbox, and task list management for Partners
  • Overseeing studio supplies, post, couriers, and liaising with landlords and third parties
  • Assisting with marketing, including events and literature requests
  • Managing general project administration and office databases
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a studio assistant, office coordinator, or PA role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning studio systems
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others in a creative environment
