We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to manage the UK Group travel booking processes and support fleet administration, while also providing assistance to the Office Services team. This multifaceted role includes being the key point of contact for travel and fleet-related inquiries, liaising with suppliers, managing essential administrative processes, and supporting sustainability efforts such as carbon reporting.

You Will:
- Oversee the administration and day-to-day operations of the Pool Fleet.
- Support fleet drivers and address related queries.
- Manage fuel card issuance and respond to driver inquiries.
- Assist employees with travel bookings, ensuring compliance, and serve as the TMC super-user.
- Liaise with the UK leasing provider and oversee the license checking system.
- Maintain and report on vehicle tracking systems.
- Provide reception cover on a rotational basis.
- Support carbon reporting by gathering relevant fleet and travel data.
- Perform additional duties aligned with the role's level and responsibilities.
