About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Omni-Channel Product & Delivery team here at Matalan as a Product & Delivery Associate. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Product & Delivery Managers to deliver successful products and services within a defined pillar of the omni-channel platform. The role involves assisting with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, requirement capture and creation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, data analysis, and customer support. This is truly an exciting opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The right candidate will be able to pick up new skills quickly and contribute to the success of a team that is delivering cutting-edge products and services. You will learn from experienced Product & Delivery Managers and other members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product & Delivery Managers in the delivery of great new products and services.
- Assist with project coordination, including task management, risk management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, and to ensure that their needs are met, with a focus on the end-to-end customer journey.
- Support in the UAT process, including developing and executing test plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather feedback, with a focus on ensuring that the customer journey is seamless across all channels.
- Manage the release process, including planning, scheduling, and executing releases, with a focus on minimizing disruption to the customer experience.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and to support decision-making, with a focus on understanding the customer journey and improving the customer experience.
- Provide customer support, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions, with a focus on resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently.
