Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Formation Associate to join their growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a build-out from the ground up with strong support from a well-established US parent company. The role offers a unique chance to work closely with highly regarded lawyers and be integral to the expansion and success of the firm's funds practice in the EMEA region.
Main Duties
- Assist in the formation and structuring of various types of investment funds.
- Advise on regulatory matters including AIFMD, UCITS, and other relevant regulations.
- Significant exposure to clients/pitching and strategy.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (UK or Ireland) with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong background in fund formation or regulatory work with a funds emphasis.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to engage in varied work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
