We are looking for a proactive and organized Legal Secretarial Assistant with Admin/Secretarial experience to join our Fraud and Motor Teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting our legal professionals, ensuring seamless operation and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Providing administrative and organizational support to the Fraud and Motor Teams.
- Preparing, formatting, and proofing legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately maintained.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third-party providers professionally and effectively.
- Assisting in the preparation of court bundles and other litigation support tasks.
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Handling general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Previous experience in a legal secretarial or administrative role is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under deadlines.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
