You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Cambuslang, East Kilbride, Coatbridge, Bellshill, Glasgow. Other locations will also be considered.

In this role you will work as a Maintenance Manager to minimise downtime and maximise output across a busy precision manufacturing business who are passionate about continued employee investment and their excellent benefits package.
The company supplies their products to a range of blue chip clients across the world. Due to expanding order books and continued expansion, they are now looking to further expand head count across all sites.
This role will suit someone from a maintenance background with experience in a machine shop-based environment looking for a long-term permanent position.
The Role:- Manage the maintenance team and department to minimise downtime and maximise output across a machine shop/CNC-based environment.
- Further duties include but are not limited to: CMMS, managing a team, preventive maintenance, HSE, continuous improvement and much more.
- Someone who can manage the team but is also happy to be hands-on and lead from the front.
- Days Based (Monday-Friday) (40 hours).
