As a Boutique Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand—delivering personalised consultations, sharing your perfume expertise, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and inspired. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help drive sales, build loyalty, and maintain the highest standards across the store.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm, friendly welcome and tailor-made consultations for every customer.
- Use your perfume knowledge to guide customers to the perfect scent, creating memorable and personalised experiences.
- Champion our customer loyalty programme and use tools like ribboning to add special touches.
- Present premium brands in line with supplier guidelines and ensure the boutique always looks its best.
- Convert every customer to purchase using all available online and offline options.
- Use sampling to delight customers and encourage return visits.
- Support the Store and Deputy Manager by delivering “The Perfect Service” consistently and achieving daily sales and KPI targets.
