Typical shifts include:
- Day shifts: 08:30 and 18:30
- Weekend shifts: 08:30-18:30 (2 week rolling rota in advance)
A full UK manual/automatic driving licence is essential as well as access to your own car.
As a Support Worker, you’ll assist several individuals in their own home, each day with a wide range of daily activities, from shopping and cooking to attending medical appointments, social events, and engaging in hobbies. You’ll play a key role in empowering people to set, pursue, and achieve their personal goals, working as part of a supportive and rewarding team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting individuals to lead fulfilling everyday lives
- Providing assistance and reminders with medication
- Preparing and helping with meals
- Accompanying clients to social activities and appointments
- Offering emotional and social support
- Assisting with shopping and household tasks such as laundry and general housekeeping
