Role: Support Worker

Service: Norwich Road, IP1 4BW

Salary: £12.36 - £12.66 per hour

Shifts: Rotational, 24 hours per week

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support; you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

This supported living service is perfect for someone looking to live independently but have an active, fun social life. You can often find neighbours, families and friends over for fun themed garden parties, BBQ’s and celebrations. Even if there isn’t a party, there’s always someone ready to get together for dinner, head into town or throw on some tunes and get dancing!
