IMH Recruitment are currently seeking reliable and flexible Recycling Operatives to join our clientβs team across multiple locations in the Leicester area.
Sites Available:
- Coalville (LE67)
- Mountsorrel (LE12)
- Lount (LE65)
- Shepshed (LE12) - Must be flexible to travel between both sites
This is a long-term position (minimum 6 months), ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling
- Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins
- Managing site traffic and providing clear direction
- Maintaining health and safety standards on-site
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred)
- Ability to work 5 days on, 2 days off rota including weekends
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
Hours & Pay:
5 days over 7 including weekend work. Hours normally are between 9am-7pm weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends depending on individual site opening times. Β£13.25 Per Hour, weekly pay!
