An opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior or Associate level Building Surveyor to join a well established consultancy operating across London and the South East. The Opportunity: This is a project driven role offering exposure to a diverse mix of schemes across sectors including commercial, residential and mixed use. The focus is squarely on project delivery, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the management and execution of instructions from start to finish. You will be given the freedom to shape and run your own projects, backed by a wider team of like minded professionals who are available for guidance - but never micromanagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a varied pipeline of building surveying projects, typically from pre acquisition and feasibility through to completion
- Carry out technical duties including condition surveys, defect analysis, planned maintenance and contract admin
- Oversee the preparation of detailed specifications, reports and tender documentation
- Engage with clients, consultants and contractors at all stages to ensure successful delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering professional and commercially sound guidance
- Support junior team members, while contributing to the overall development of the surveying function
