Are you an experienced Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse ready to step into a leadership role? We are currently in partnership with a highly regarded luxury care provider to recruit a Clinical Lead for one of their modern and beautifully designed homes in the Dunstable area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a care provider that prides itself on delivering exceptional, person-centred care in a well-supported, professional, and warm environment.

About the Role:

  • As Clinical Lead, you will be a key part of the senior leadership team, responsible for maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring safe, effective care delivery.
  • Working closely with the Home Manager and Quality Assurance team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
  • Supporting clinical operations, including assessments and audits
  • Leading care plan reviews, MDT meetings, GP rounds, and family communications
  • Mentoring and developing clinical staff through supervision, training, and appraisals
  • Overseeing medication management and regulatory compliance
  • Contributing to rota planning and participating in the on-call rota

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Senior-level experience in a clinical or leadership role
  • Previous experience in a nursing or dementia care home setting is desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Organised, compassionate, and driven to provide high-quality care

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to Β£59,642.28 per annum, dependent on experience
