First Response Group currently have vacancies for Spectator Safety Staff to join our event teams. We supply Spectator safety staff to various types of events, ranging from sporting events/concerts in stadia/arenas, green field events, to corporate events, in various locations across the local area.

We are seeking crowd safety stewards with NVQ 2 spectator safety qualifications. As a spectator safety staff member, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe and enjoyable environment for event attendees, staff, and stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of events while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Job Description

  • Maintain order by managing crowds and ensuring compliance with event/ground regulations.
  • Act swiftly and professionally to resolve incidents or emergencies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security/stewarding presence.
  • Communicate effectively with event staff and your team to ensure seamless operations.
