As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll be responsible for picking and staging products for customer orders and completing required shipping and receiving documentation. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in documenting transactions and validating products to maintain our operational standards and satisfy our customers' expectations.

Essential Job Responsibilities- Inspect finished product (final inspection).
- Prepare containers to be shipped per customer requirements.
- Keep daily logs, inventory, and rotate stock.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- Segregate non-conforming material.
- Load and unload trucks using forklift.
- Perform receiving procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Assist in production as needed.
- Must support and follow the QMS requirements.
- Observe all Boyd safety and OSHA guidelines and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient with Windows based computer, weight scale, and printout.
- Basic reasoning skills and language skills (ability to read, analyze and interpret general business paperwork).
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions/requests from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work based on business needs.
- Must be able to follow directions and work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of common techniques for material handling.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or touch tools, equipment and/or controls.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, talk and hear.
