Working as part of the facilities and maintenance team, the role will support compliance related tasks across the site.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform regulatory and non-regulatory site compliance checks
- Responsible for recording & reporting findings of compliance tasks to maintenance supervisor
- Update of Maintenance CMM compliance task register
- Assist contractors with MEWP & roof access tasks
- Organisation/control of Maintenance Dept. stores areas
- Control critical equipment stock levels and ensure areas have a high level of housekeeping
- Determine, prepare and store ‘critical equipment spares packs’ in preparation for planned maintenance events as set by Maintenance supervisors
- Engage in frequent, consistent communication with Maintenance supervisors, providing regular feedback on parts status
- Update maintenance CMM stock control system
