Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Farnborough to support 5 people within a shared supported living home. They each have unique personalities and are looking for someone to join their team to help them fulfil their lives and enjoy their favourite activities.

The role includes:

  • Supporting with personal care and manual handling
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
  • Supporting medication management
  • Helping with shopping, cooking, and laundry

Day shifts are between 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, and 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with a sleep-in shift once per week. You will work on a rota basis, with shift patterns planned around activities. Experience is not necessary; we will provide training, guidance, and support to help you achieve your full potential, including care certificates and further qualifications.
