We’re looking for a Content Manager who can craft compelling, audience-led content that connects hearts, inspires action, and champions our work across digital and print platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Content Manager, you’ll lead the planning, creation, and delivery of engaging, high-quality content across our website, social media, emails, and printed materials. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, fundraising, and digital, as well as our service teams, volunteers, and supporters to co-create content that is authentic, accessible, and aligned with our brand.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Leading the content strategy and storytelling across all channels
  • Crafting and optimising content for email, web, social media, and print
  • Co-creating meaningful stories with staff, patients, and supporters
  • Managing external content partners, freelancers, and suppliers
  • Supporting SEO, accessibility, and data-driven improvements
  • Overseeing image sourcing, video editing, and campaign content
  • Providing proofreading and quality assurance across key materials
  • Building relationships with third-party platforms and media contacts

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a confident writer and content strategist who understands the power of words, as well as how to use them across multiple channels. You know how to balance creativity with sensitivity, and you care about getting the message right for every audience. We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of writing, creating and deploying a range of content for digital channels
  • Experience of writing and delivering content and social media strategies
  • Experience of planning and delivering successful social media campaigns
  • Experience of editing images, video and audio
  • Experience of managing relationships with external suppliers
  • Knowledge of organic and paid social media
  • Knowledge of content design and creating engaging audience-centred content
