Our client is a specialist M&E Service Provider looking to hire an experienced Fabrics Technician for a high-profile development in West London. The site houses high-end residential apartments, a hotel, restaurants, bars, and a luxury gym and spa.
As the Fabrics Technician, you will join a maintenance team at the development and ensure the maintenance of the site is carried out efficiently. The successful Fabrics Technician must be multi-skilled with a bias towards Painting and Decorating. The majority of your role will involve high-quality painting and decorating at the site, and you must be experienced at working quickly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
In addition, you will also carry out other maintenance duties that include carpentry, plumbing, and other minor works. You must be client-facing and have excellent customer service skills.
