The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

Location: Killyhevlin Industrial Estate, Enniskillen, BT74 4EJ

Salary: £12.60 per hour + 20% shift allowance (£15.12 per hour total)

Shift Pattern: 7 shifts over 14 days (rotating day and night shifts)

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Benefits: Ongoing training and development, Funding for role specific professional qualifications, 21.5 shift holidays per year including bank Holidays and shut down over Christmas, Contributory pension scheme, Cycle to work scheme, Tech Scheme, Flu and eye test vouchers, Reward & Recognition scheme

About the Production Operative Role:

You will be part of a highly automated production environment, supporting operations across the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading, setting, and operating production machinery
  • Preparing and distributing inks to presses on time
  • Identifying safety, quality, and efficiency improvements
  • Following instructions from the Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager

Essential:

  • Good verbal and written understanding of English
  • Able to work independently and use your initiative
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern (days and nights)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
