What will I be doing?
In this new role, as a key part of the finance team supporting the Finance Manager, you’ll focus on delivering accurate and timely financial reporting while driving process improvements. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Supporting accounts payable for a high-volume ledger, with a key focus on timely invoice processing and supplier payment runs
- Building and maintaining excellent supplier relationships
- Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Preparing and posting journals, including accruals and prepayments
- Helping to enhance financial reporting and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborating across finance and operational teams to boost efficiency and align with business goals
- Implementing process improvements
About you:
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in accounts payable and managing complex ledgers, with a proactive and organised approach to working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are studying towards your AAT qualification, which will be fully supported here, or consider yourself qualified by experience, we welcome both.
