Cobalt are recruiting on behalf of a prominent real estate client for a Senior Estate Manager to take on a high-profile leadership role overseeing a large, complex estate in and around Canary Wharf. This is a client-side role, offering the opportunity to lead the strategic and operational management of a flagship mixed-use estate that comprises public realm, residential, retail, and commercial assets. The successful candidate will act as the senior point of contact for all estate-related matters, ensuring exceptional standards of management, stakeholder engagement, and long-term value creation.
The Role
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day and long-term estate management strategy.
- Oversee operations, service delivery, facilities management, and public realm maintenance.
