Registered Manager – Complex Care Salary: £60,000-70,000 Per Annum Full time: Monday Friday London (Childrens Nurse Required) The Recruitment Crowd are searching for a talented and experienced Registered Manager tojoin a well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community in London. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the service delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations forPersonal CareandTreatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI). You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of care while leading a passionate team dedicated to improving the quality of life for our service users. Key responsibilities: To provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing staff and people management functions of the service To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at the agreed prices To maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service Recruitment of staff and to Induct new starters in accordance with the services policy Lead, motivate and direct staff including conducting staff supervision and annual staff appraisals for all heads of department Develop staff to their full potential ensuring succession planning for the service Ensure multidisciplinary team working is embedded in the service Oversee the provision of community care services, ensuring each client receives personalised and compassionate care according to their complex needs. Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, fostering a culture of continuous development including sign off of clinical competencies. Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership in complex care situations Analyse performance data and feedback to improve care services and client outcomes Working closely with community teams, Integrated Care Boards (ICB), CHC nurses and CQC to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care Required Skills: Proven experience managingPersonal Careand/orTDDIservices, including service delivery for individuals with complex needs. Strong understanding ofCQC regulationsand experience of successfully managing CQC inspections. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with service users, staff, and external stakeholders. Compassionate and person-centred approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure and manage complex situations. IT literate, with experience using care management systems and Microsoft Office. Essential Qualification Requirements: CQC Registration: You must hold or be eligible to hold CQC Registered Manager status for Personal Care and TDDI services. A relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role within the care sector.
