About the Role:
As a Cleaning Team Leader, full training will be provided. However, once in the role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of eleven facilities operatives. In addition to overseeing their work, you will also be expected to carry out your own general cleaning duties. You must ensure that all tasks meet safety, quality, and cost standards, and that all relevant paperwork and electronic records are accurately completed and maintained.

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment. All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
