Main Duties

  • Delegate and oversee daily tasks, ensuring food and service standards are consistently met.
  • Handle customer feedback promptly, escalating issues to senior management when needed.
  • Support initiatives to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor and control costs while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Lead daily briefings, conduct training sessions, and provide regular feedback to develop and motivate the team.
