The predicted salary is between 48000 - 84000 £ per year.

We have been mandated by a privately owned, well-respected housebuilder in East Anglia to assist with the growth of their land pipeline. In order to do so, we are seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager with a track record of acquiring and delivering on sites of 20-100+ units in size and seeing them through to build stages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation in the market and bring useful contacts, relationships and connections to successfully increase the number of land opportunities available to our client throughout Suffolk, Norfolk and North Essex, which will ultimately set them up to deliver 100+ units per year from 2025/26.

There will also be some involvement in the planning and pre-construction process, I.e. preparing bids, overseeing legals and submitting applications, so any experience of this would be beneficial.
