IT Support/Desktop Support – 3 months – Milton Keynes – £200 to £220 a day
What you will be doing:
- Provide Windows desktop administration (O365, AD, etc)
- Administer mobile telephones, landline telephones and mobile devices
- Be the point of contact for any IT support calls and resolve them in a timely fashion
- Keep up to date with latest IT trends
- Communicate effectively with users to ensure they know how their issue is progressing
