Challenge-trg Recruitment has a new and exciting role for you to become a Production Operative in Hengoed, CF82 7SS. You will be working in a team at the world's largest producer of Celebrations products. This role will involve picking/packing, monitoring the settings for the production, and keeping the line running.
Although it would be beneficial, you don't need to have previous experience as we provide intensive training; you just need to be a dependable team player with a can-do attitude, be willing to learn, and be flexible in your approach.
Pay rates as a full-time Production Operative will be £12.88 per hour. Typical working hours as a full-time Production Operative: Continental 12-hour shift, rotation of both Day 07:00-19:00 and Night 19:00-07:00. The pattern repeats on a 3-week cycle.
