We are hiring Restaurant Managers to lead and support a Front-of-House (FOH) team in delivering outstanding guest experiences in a casual fine dining environment. The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in daily operations, staff development, and service quality, helping to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for park visitors from around the world. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a dynamic team setting, and is excited to live and work in a beautiful natural environment.

- Pay: Starting at $1,880.00 bi-weekly

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a people-focused leader who brings positive energy, enjoys the rhythm of restaurant life, and is excited to be a part of a one-of-a-kind dining experience in the heart of a national park. - Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience by being present on the floor during all meal service periods.
- Schedule and coordinate FOH staff using 7 Shifts; manage labor and payroll through Kronos.
- Manage inventory using Cloud Suite; ensure accurate ordering and product use.
- Help control food and labor costs through communication and proactive planning.
- Ensure food presentation, sanitation, and service standards are met in coordination with BOH leadership.
- Train, coach, and evaluate FOH team members to uphold service excellence.
- Inspire team performance through coaching, suggestive selling, and menu knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with BOH and F&B Leadership to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Monitor and support guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all company, NPS, and departmental safety and environmental practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurants; whether that’s serving, bartending, or hosting.
- Interest in or knowledge of the basics of wine service, cocktails, and quality food presentation.
- Stay calm under pressure and help your team do the same, especially during busy meal periods.
- Communicate clearly and confidently while creating a fun, respectful, and supportive team environment.
- Work closely with other leaders to keep services running smoothly from open to close.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred (FOH or BOH roles—servers, bartenders, hosts, supervisors, etc.)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not a must, especially if you’ve helped train others, led a shift, or taken initiative in your past roles.
- Experience working in fast-paced, guest-facing environments, especially in tourism or seasonal settings, is helpful.
- Familiarity with casual fine dining, craft beverage services, or guest service standards is also preferred but we’re happy to train the right person.
