In this role, you will thrive within fast-paced and transforming environments – both within Genpact and our clients, advisors, and partners. You will manage a passionate team of professionals to deliver market-leading and differentiated value in projects such as:

  • Enterprise-level strategy review and development (including CPO, CFO, CXO engagement)
  • Digital and AI strategy creation and realization
  • Operating model design, business case, roadmap including implementation
  • Strategic sourcing and category transformation
  • Accelerated cost reduction programs
  • Platform deployment, transformation, and optimization of applications like Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, and Genpact proprietary assets
  • P2P and procurement operations transformation/improvement

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting strategic direction, driving employee engagement, and contributing to offering development as part of the practice leadership team
  • Leading Genpact’s advisory capabilities in Source to Contract, focusing on strategic sourcing and cost reduction
  • Managing a team of consultants and coordinating global project teams to deliver results that delight clients
  • Leading sales efforts for S2P consulting programs, including cross-selling broader capabilities to drive top-line growth
  • Ensuring achievement of financial metrics and overall performance and delivery quality
  • Building market and brand awareness through industry discussions, publishing insights, and marketing activities

Qualifications we seek:

  • Proven success in consulting/advisory environments in revenue generation and client delivery
  • Executive gravitas to influence CXO decisions within a matrixed organization
  • Leadership skills to develop talent
  • Deep expertise in category management, sourcing, and cost reduction, ideally across direct and indirect commodities
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain activities, including data, technology, and AI applications
