Job Description
About The Role
This is a part-time role with responsibility for the development of players in a specific age group.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure that the training programme is planned and delivered for all players in the age group as per the Academy coaching curriculum
- Ensure that all players in the age group are set ILP’s and have opportunities to work on their areas for development
- Ensure all coaching sessions and game minutes for players in the age group are logged on the FIP
- Ensure all players in the age group have performance reviews as per YD rules
- Attend as requested internal meetings, internal and external CPD events
About You
Knowledge, skills, and experience
Essential:
- UEFA B Licence or higher
- FA Youth Award
- Understanding of the academy audit process, HUDL, FIP systems
- FA safeguarding qualification
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- BFAS/EFAiF qualification
Desirable:
- UEFA A Licence
- FA Advanced Youth Award
- FA Psychology
- FA Goal Keeping B Licence
- Minibus Licence
- Experience of working within a professional football academy
