We are seeking a trade shop assistant with an FLT licence to assist with basic manual operations within the trade shop. The main duties will include:
- Tipping trucks of incoming stock.
- Driving the FLT Counterbalance to manoeuvre products around the yard.
- Putting stock away, stacking shelves.
- Assisting the trade counter team with other duties required.
- Maintaining a tidy shop environment.
- Assisting customers with directional queries.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Must have good customer service and communication skills.
- An FLT Counterbalance licence is essential for this position.
- Have the physical ability to lift up to 25kg using appropriate manual handling techniques.
THE SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- £13.00 per hour.
- Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16:30.
- Weekly pay, every Friday (1 week in arrears).
- Full time temporary role, ending in September.
