Working Hours: 37 hours per week. Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 5.15pm with 1-hour unpaid break. Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm with 1-hour unpaid break. Outside of Term time. Part time opportunities available - ADHOC basis and flexible to business needs.
Location: Onsite during training. Hybrid basis once training is completed; 3 days onsite based within the Civic Centre, Walsall Town Centre.
Rate of Pay: £13.69 per hour PAYE.

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our Client, Walsall Council, for Customer Advisors who are available to provide full time cover during the outside of term time periods.
As Customer Service Advisor you will act as a first point of contact for customers, enabling effective resolution of customer requests and aim in delivering a service which enables customers to increasingly self-serve.
Duties will include:
- Answering customer contacts through a variety of channels
- Providing the best customer experience
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Providing clerical support when required
- Taking payments in accordance with the council's rules and regulations
