We are looking for a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at the Filton site. What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot firewalls (Palo Alto/Checkpoint), VPNs, routers, and switches
- Support and manage Windows servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Handle user account management, software rollouts, and security updates
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal security protocols
What You Bring:
- Strong networking and firewall skills with Cisco configuration experience
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and server basics
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL (preferred)
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities
