A leading organisation within the professional services sector is seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team. This confidential role offers the chance to lead financial management and ensure regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Role
- Support the senior leadership team with financial oversight, reporting, and management of client and office accounts.
- Supervision of Legal Cashiering activities, including client payments, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Implementation of financial processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Oversight of billing, invoicing, and production of management accounts.
- Preparation of detailed weekly KPIs and monthly reporting.
- Support with budgeting and target setting.
- VAT returns and statutory filings liaison.
- Management of credit control, purchase ledger, and cashflow.
- Deputy COFA responsibilities.
About You
You will have solid finance experience, ideally within a legal or professional services setting, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements including the SRA Accounts Rules.
