We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Treatments Manager to lead our team of skilled therapists and ensure the delivery of exceptional, 5-star treatments in one of Glasgow's most iconic luxury spas. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for training and developing your team, conducting treatment audits, managing treatment stock, and collaborating on treatment menu innovations. You'll play a key part in creating a culture of excellence, well-being, and continuous improvement ensuring that every guest leaves feeling restored, valued, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the spa therapist team
• Ensure treatments meet 5-star luxury standards through coaching and audits
• Deliver and coordinate in-house and external training
• Manage treatment product stock and supplier relationships
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and treatment availability

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years in a senior therapist or treatment management role in a luxury spa
• Recognised qualifications in beauty or complementary therapies (HND or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Passion for wellness, guest satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery
• Overall, a wide understanding of a luxury Spa and Leisure environment with the passion to continue leading our excellent spa team to success!
