JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring across our three service areas of Water, Construction and Compliance in accordance with company protocols, quality assurance requirements and our client's contract specifications.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
- Provide a reliable, efficient and professional level of service to our clients at Enitial.
- Liaise with clients on-site, building trust and fostering long-term, positive relationships.
- Maintain Enitial's credibility by representing the company positively in the field, keeping equipment, vehicles, and PPE clean.
- Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring routine calibrations and maintenance are completed per protocols.
- Work as a team within regions, building morale and offering help and assistance as needed.
- Report deviations from methods or non-conformances to Area Managers, Data Analysts, and Account Managers that could impact data integrity.
- Manage time efficiently, reviewing schedules and suggesting improvements to the Scheduling/Project Controller.
- Accurately manage and report data in line with client and company requirements, submitting to Data Analysts promptly and correctly.
- Identify potential on-site works that could benefit Enitial commercially and improve client sites.
- Prioritise safety in all field activities, reporting accidents and near misses immediately to Area Managers and clients, in accordance with policies.
- Comply with the 'Stay Safe' remote working application when working on-site.
- Liaise with laboratories and couriers to ensure samples collected are compliant.
- Assist with on-site training of new employees, supporting their onboarding process to be friendly, engaging, and inspiring.
- Complete routine company admin, including expenses and vehicle checks, on a monthly basis.
