Purpose
To ensure that all areas within the premises meet the Company standard regarding cleanliness, health and safety.
Responsibilities
- To ensure that tables are cleared of all used glassware and empty bottles
- To clean tables and wash glassware
- To stock the bar and sort bottle skips
- To clean spillages and breakages, ensuring broken glassware is removed to a safe area
- To clean floor and bar areas as part of the close down procedure
- To carry out toilet checks on a regular basis
- To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times
- Any other duties relevant and related to the post
