Chotto Matte is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Procurement to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. In this pivotal role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with multiple brand teams and department heads across the business. This position will oversee several restaurant brands in our portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of F&B, OS&E and FF&E for 12 UK sites, ensuring consistency, quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Support 4 global sites (US, Canada and Middle East) with any international purchases as well as managing any local contracts in place.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value.
- Tender areas of the business to achieve cost savings and value creation.
- Manage contracts, tendering these as and when they are due and ensuring all agreed support is recouped.
- Manage the procurement of OS&E and FF&E on any new projects, including logistics and customs. Ensure budgets are maintained and delivery is in a timely manner.
- Oversee the logistics of items being delivered globally.
- Manage price fluctuations throughout the year, negotiating down where feasible and ensuring inventory systems align.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Handle all licenses (premise, pavement and music) & trademarks, managing annual payments, changes and renewals.
